Airthrie Homes is an established care provider with a chain of residential homes. They provide a home-from-home service for adults with learning difficulties. Our role on this project was Design & Technology consultants.
The Service Manager required a consistent brand promoting core values. The Operations Manager was focussed on an improved but cost effective communication system. The Support Workers voiced concerns about time sheet system, rota, case study backup and general gripes about internet access and email.
After listening to and assessing all the issues, we put together a Design & Technology Management plan, also known as D&TM service plan.
